1. Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Unauthorized returns will not be processed and will be held for a maximum of 45 days after receipt. After that period, if the required documentation is not provided or the customer does not claim the item, EV Repair and Parts LLC reserves the right to dispose of the unclaimed or unauthorized product.
2. Applicable Fees and Charges

Returned items that, after inspection, are found not to be faulty or defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All products sold are OEM or refurbished original components, and no reimbursement will be made for external costs incurred by the buyer, including but not limited to:

Locksmith services

Third-party diagnostic fees

Vehicle rental costs

Dealership or workshop charges

Third-party reprogramming fees

Storage, customs, or transport costs.

EV Repair and Parts LLC is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees imposed by the destination country. The buyer assumes all such costs at the time of purchase.
If the customer refuses to accept delivery of the package, no refund will be issued.
3. Return Period and Conditions

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Returns are processed in the order received and may require longer handling times than new orders.

To request a refund, the returned item must be received by EV Repair and Parts LLC within 30 days of delivery — no exceptions.

Returns received after 30 days may be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Store credit is subject to restocking fees if the unit is found to be free of defects, as determined solely by EV Repair and Parts LLC.

No replacement will be issued until the returned item is received.
4. Condition of Returned Products

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

All electronic components are tested prior to sale.

Returned products will be inspected for electrical burns, water damage, or physical alteration.

EV Repair and Parts LLC expressly reserves the right to require the return of any allegedly defective item at the buyer’s expense for testing and verification before replacement.
5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

EV Repair and Parts LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All in-stock orders will ship on the next business day.

Products requiring assembly or verification may take up to three (3) additional business days to ship.

Customers may also arrange for local pickup if desired.
6. Refund and Warranty Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product has not been used and remains in its original packaging.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Batteries, modules, or cells that are damaged, swollen, or modified cannot be returned for warranty or refund and are not covered by any warranty.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all purchases within 3 days of receipt.

The customer is responsible for properly packaging the returned item.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
7. Core Return Policy

Domestic orders that include main or “core” batteries may include a prepaid return label for sending the used battery back to EV Repair and Parts LLC.

The core must be returned within 30 days of receiving the replacement unit and must include all electronic components and the control module.

The full return of the core is required to activate the warranty.

Returned cores become the property of EV Repair and Parts LLC.
