About Us
Hybrid battery warning on? Losing range, or the vehicle no longer performs like it used to? Before you decide what to replace, you need to know exactly what is happening inside your battery.
EV Battery USA (EV Repair and Parts LLC) is a hybrid battery laboratory in Mount Dora, Florida. Our team of electronics and automotive technology engineers has more than 10 years of experience working with hybrid and electric vehicle batteries.
What we do
Refurbished hybrid battery modules, shipped within the United States. We supply refurbished modules from a single unit up to the complete set of modules for your hybrid battery. Each module is refurbished and tested with professional equipment. We ship within the United States; some destinations are restricted, so please see our Shipping Policy. We carry NiMH and lithium (Li-ion) modules, and parts for Toyota, Lexus, Chevrolet, Hyundai, Kia, Honda, and other hybrid brands.
Laboratory services. We work directly on the battery in our laboratory in Mount Dora:
- Battery diagnosis: we test each module and cell and determine whether your battery qualifies for a recovery service or a repair service.
- Battery recovery and repair: we restore the battery with professional testing equipment. This service is recommended for customers in Florida and nearby areas.
We work on the battery, not on the vehicle.
How we work
We tell you what we find. If the battery can be recovered or repaired, we quote the service. If it can't, we explain the reason and your options. Every quote, diagnosis, and status update is sent by email and SMS, so you always have it in writing.
