Is Your Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Showing a Battery Warning Light? Restore Full Performance with a Complete 34-Module Refurbished Pack
Our [Full Pack 34] refurbished NiMH battery kit replaces all 34 cell modules in your Toyota RAV4 Hybrid (2016–2019), restoring the factory-level voltage balance and performance your vehicle was designed for. Each module is individually tested and refurbished by our certified technicians to meet strict quality standards before assembly.
Why Replace the Entire Pack?
Replacing only a few weak cells leaves the remaining aged modules as a bottleneck — your hybrid system is only as strong as its weakest cell. By replacing all 34 modules simultaneously, you eliminate voltage imbalances, restore optimal energy flow, and give your RAV4 Hybrid the consistent performance it needs for efficient fuel economy and smooth acceleration.
Refurbished to Perform
Every module undergoes a rigorous multi-stage refurbishing process: deep discharge cycling, capacity testing, internal resistance measurement, and voltage balancing. Output range: 7.9V – 8.3V+ per module, with low internal resistance and matched performance across all 34 cells.
1-Year Warranty — Backed by Our Guarantee
This full pack comes with a 1-year warranty covering defects in refurbishing and performance. If you experience any issue within the warranty period, our team will work with you to resolve it quickly.
Installation Support Included
Your kit includes a step-by-step installation manual and access to a video guide that walks you through the full replacement process, allowing you to complete the installation at your own pace following each step carefully.
